Returns and Refunds
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly process a refund or replacement.
Please note:
Blanching or white spots on the chocolate are a natural occurrence that can happen during shipping. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Custom or personalized orders are typically not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a significant error on our part.
