If you want a dessert that feels indulgent but supports your body, this is the one. This sugar-free cacao chia pudding is creamy, satisfying, and naturally sweetened only with fruit—no syrups, no refined sugar, no “diet” sweeteners.
It’s also a perfect way to use Awki pure cacao in a daily ritual: simple ingredients, clean energy, and a flavor that tastes like real cacao (not candy).
Why you’ll love it
-
No added sugar (sweetness comes from fruit only)
- Plant-based + dairy-free
-
High fiber (supports satiety and gut health)
-
Meal prep friendly (make it once, enjoy for days)
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
- 20–25g Awki Purity Bar, finely grated or 25g Awki Purity Coins, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Toppings (choose 2–3):
- Fresh berries
- Sliced banana
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Chopped walnuts or almonds
- Cacao nibs
Instructions
-
Melt the cacao (optional but best): Warm 2–3 tbsp of the plant milk and melt the grated/chopped Awki Purity into it. Stir until smooth.
-
Mix the base: In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, the remaining plant milk, vanilla, sea salt, and the melted cacao mixture.
-
Whisk well: Stir for 30–45 seconds so the chia doesn’t clump.
-
Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
-
Serve: Stir again, add toppings, and enjoy.
Make it taste naturally sweeter (without sugar)
If you want a sweeter profile without adding sugar, blend the plant milk with 1/2 banana before mixing. It keeps the recipe clean and still diabetes-friendly for many people (depending on individual needs).
The Awki difference
Most “healthy chocolate desserts” still rely on sweeteners. With Awki Purity, you’re working with 100% pure cacao—so the flavor is deep, aromatic, and satisfying even without sugar.
