Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 20–25g Awki Purity Bar, finely grated or 25g Awki Purity Coins, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
Toppings (choose 2–3):

Instructions

  1. Melt the cacao (optional but best): Warm 2–3 tbsp of the plant milk and melt the grated/chopped Awki Purity into it. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mix the base: In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, the remaining plant milk, vanilla, sea salt, and the melted cacao mixture.
  3. Whisk well: Stir for 30–45 seconds so the chia doesn’t clump.
  4. Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  5. Serve: Stir again, add toppings, and enjoy.

Make it taste naturally sweeter (without sugar)

If you want a sweeter profile without adding sugar, blend the plant milk with 1/2 banana before mixing. It keeps the recipe clean and still diabetes-friendly for many people (depending on individual needs).
