We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS Basic Level service. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $65. For smaller orders, rates range from $6–$10, depending on your location and quantity.
We don’t offer international shipping yet — but we’re working on it.
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just email us at chocolateawki@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right. We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Our Purity Bars and Purity Coins are 100% cacao, with no added sugar. Harmony Bars have just a touch of unrefined cane sugar, always listed clearly on the label.
AWKI Chocolates are safe for people with diabetes, nut allergies, and vegan or conscious dieting habits. Our chocolates are 100% vegan and do not use dairy products or processed sugar. AWKI’s white chocolates use oat-based white chocolate for Divvy White Chocolate coins and Trilogy Vegan Bars. Most AWKI products only use freeze-dried fruits, except for Intensity and Intimacy bars, which also use dry fruits to decorate the bar. Only Trilogy Vegan Bars and Divvy White chocolate coins use brown sugar to mellow the taste of 75% dark chocolate.
